Privacy Choices
Safiq gives users clear ways to access, correct, export, and delete account data. Signed-in users can use privacy tools directly inside the app, and public support paths remain available if app access is unavailable.
1. Controls available inside the app
Open Account or System tools to reach Safiq privacy and data controls. The current app experience includes:
- direct account deletion for signed-in users
- document deletion requests
- data export requests
- data correction requests
- privacy, security, subprocessors, and legal information pages
2. Delete your account
Signed-in users can permanently delete their Safiq account directly inside the app. That flow removes the app account, stored files, dossier history, and user-scoped workspace data associated with the account, subject to any limited legal retention obligations.

If you want a copy of your data, need to correct information, or want a document-specific deletion request, use the in-app data-rights tools when signed in. If you cannot access the app, contact Safiq support from the email address associated with your account and explain the request clearly.
