Privacy Policy

Safiq is an administrative workspace for relocation. We help you organize documents, prepare applications, understand missing requirements, generate support documents, create dossiers, and request concierge assistance.

1. Who We Are

Safiq is a SaaS product and trademark owned by Monaco Business Concierge, registered at 1 rue de Professeur Calmette, 06240 Beausoleil, France, SIRET 10314954800010. 2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Safiq, we may collect and process:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, preferred language, and plan.
  • Relocation profile information, such as nationality, destination, arrival plans, household status, and administrative context.
  • Administrative documents you upload, such as passports, proof of address, bank statements, insurance certificates, school documents, or host documents.
  • Extracted document fields, such as name, dates, document numbers, address details, language, or expiry information.
  • Application readiness information, missing document checks, generated support documents, dossier history, and workflow status.
  • Payment and subscription status from Stripe or PayPal. Safiq does not store full card numbers.
  • Concierge request details when you ask for human assistance.
  • Technical information needed to operate the service, such as device, app, request, and error information.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and maintain your Safiq account and administrative memory.
  • Store, organize, preview, and reuse your documents across applications.
  • Detect missing requirements, calculate readiness, and explain what is affected when documents change.
  • Generate support documents, filled forms where available, and final dossier exports.
  • Provide AI-powered extraction, guidance, translation support, and workflow explanations.
  • Process subscriptions, paid dossier access, and plan changes.
  • Send concierge requests, support replies, transactional messages, and important service notices.
  • Protect the service from abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

4. AI Processing

Safiq may use AI services to extract information from documents, summarize administrative facts, explain missing requirements, and generate support documents. You should review all generated content before sending it to an administration, bank, landlord, school, or other third party.

5. Storage and Service Providers

Safiq uses trusted service providers to operate the product. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Render Services, Inc. for Safiq backend API hosting; Stripe and PayPal for payments; OpenAI for AI processing; DocuSign for signature workflows where enabled; Resend for email delivery; and Expo, Apple, or Google services for app distribution and notifications. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Safiq.

6. Document Security

Administrative documents can contain sensitive information. Safiq uses access controls, user-owned storage policies, and backend separation to help protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should upload only documents needed for your workflows and keep your account credentials safe.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to provide Safiq, process your payments, deliver support or concierge assistance, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or when you choose to export, share, or send a dossier.

8. Retention

We keep account, document, workflow, subscription, and dossier information for as long as needed to provide Safiq, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Signed-in users can delete their account directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, use our account deletion page to request deletion.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, including if you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information. To make a request, use the public privacy choices page, contact contact@safiq.ai, or use the public account deletion page if you need deletion help outside the app.

10. International Transfers

Safiq and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children

Safiq is not intended for children under 13. Some relocation workflows may include family member documents uploaded by an adult user. The account holder is responsible for having appropriate permission to provide those documents.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Safiq evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate.
